I was kind of worried about air bubbles popping up during installation but after watching the video. Installation went perfectly fine

I bought a 2021 Pilot and knew I needed a glass screen protector for the large display. I saw a few reviews of it cracking and having bubbles. I have had none of those issues. Is it a little bit of a pain to align because of the large footprint and the volume knob, yeah, a little. If you get it wrong or have a couple bubbles in there will it shatter when you try to take it off? Nah. I had to pull it off entirely two times and halfway another once more so I could get it to seat without bubbles. Are there a couple micro bubbles when you finish with it on the edges, yes. Do they go away? Yeah, after two days, all the micro bubbles were gone and I have no issues.Here's what to do in order to make installation as easy as possible.First, do a full interior detail for your car. Get every surface vacuumed, wiped down and cleaned. Reduce the amount of airborne particles in the vehicle.Second, change your clothes to something fresh so you bring in the least amount of stuff on you (animal hair, dust, etc). Also bring in a few fresh microfiber cloths and some aerosol glass cleaner. I recommend "Invisible Glass"Third, close the drivers door and wait a minute for anything in the air that's disturbed to settle. Once done, use the cleaner and one microfiber towel to clean and prep your bare screen. Get it as clear of any debris. Small single dust particles, hair... all of it.Fourth, get the adhesive side of the screen protector ready, and start by aligning the left side with the edge of the screen, gently push down, slowly following the screen protector to the right. If you see a bubble form, gently and slowly pull back up on the screen protector to release the bubble, then start again, applying pressure to the connected side. Do this all the way across.Fifth, if you see any micro bubbles, work them to the edges using a rolling motion. Once there, they should disappear in a day or so.

I've bought these before for Odyssey minivans and this was the first time I've tried it on a Pilot (2018). What had me cautious about this is that it's supposedly made for a few different models (e.g. Ridgeline); I wonder if the Pilot and Ridgeline actually use the same headunit OR if they are "close enough" such that a glass screen protector can be designed for both. I suspect the latter because I ordered 3 of these screen protectors from different manufacturers (supposedly, I wouldn't doubt if they're all made in the same factory) - the first 2 arrived with a label for a Ridgeline (and the Pilot version was about $1 cheaper, not sure why that is if they are the same unit) and this one arrived labeled for a Pilot. However, none of them fit the Pilot's screen all that well. They are all a bit too tall - the top and bottom edge of the Pilot's screen are curved, and the glass is too tall which results in a thin exposed edge of the glass. There is also a black mask around the perimeter of the protector which covers the "Audio I/O" button at the top just a bit depending on placement (these things make me think this protector is really just a compromise between a Ridgeline and Pilot headunit).Application was easy, just like any other protector. I do have a couple residual bubbles but they are not in the middle of the screen and not an annoyance.This does reduce the sensitivity of the touchscreen a bit but not horribly so.

I bought two with the intent of returning one. I read reviews and people said these were difficult to put on. The screen protectors are a little bigger than the radio. The radio curves at the top and bottom, and the screen protector is flat. So lining up the screen protector and the radio is tricky. For me on both, there was always overlay on the top and the bottom. The first one I installed with to much of the screen protector hanging over the lower curved edge. When I was finished, I was wiping the screen and it cracked when I pushed on the bottom to wipe off fingerprints. On the next screen protector I actually used the first suction cup and the new one to help hold it better. The second one worked, but it still has some overlay on top and a little bit on the bottom, but only you will notice this. And because of the black border around the screen protector you don’t notice anything wrong (unless your looking for it). Don’t press hard when cleaning the tops and bottoms. Mine has been on through very hot days around 100 degrees and has held up fine. It is a finger print magnet. Again buy two, if you install the first one perfect return the second. If u screw up, you have a back up and can return the first one. AlSO I partly got this in hopes it would help cover a scratch I had on the radio.. it did not. Hope this helps.

The screen protector arrived cracked so I contacted the seller and they sent out a replacement immediately. When the 2nd one arrived, I installed it but it didn't sit flush. I think it was because I had installed it so that upper right was on the tiny lip that borders the stereo and it was not able to sit flush. I contacted the seller again and they sent out another replacement. Fortunately the 3rd time was a charm. This protector has a very specific fit so take your time installing and make sure the top of it sits just below the tiny lip at the top of the stereo. Highly recommend screen protector and seller!

Im surprised that this screen protector fits perfectly well to the screen of my car. The screen protector also comes with a hole for the knob, contrary to some comments saying there was no hole.

Not happy with the way in fits. Seems like wherever its placed either the top overhangs a bit or the bottom overhangs. When cleaning the car i can see a rag or something snagging the edges that overhang a touch

Product is not working well. The touch screen difficult to use. do not recommend this product. too late to return.

Really not worth it. Even after following all the installations instructions, as soon as it got warmer outside, bubbles started appearing.
