This ProClip Vehicle Center Mount is a custom made car specific mount. The mount attaches to the center area of the car dashboard. It provides the perfect mounting platform for your device holder so you don't have to fumble around for your device anymore. The ProClip Center Mount is a very sturdy mounting bracket that clips tightly into the seams of the dashboard. No drilling holes or dismantling of the dashboard is required, simply clip on in seconds. Device Holder NOT included, sold separately. Comes with a pre-drilled hole pattern for device attachment (might not be shown in photo). This is a suggested placement pattern only. A device holder can easily be attached anywhere on the face plate. Notice: Consider how the device, or horizontal position, will fit the location and could interfere with other vehicle functions.

This is not a mobile phone holder!!
It seems like a quality product but it is not a mobile phone holder. It is a mount for a mobile phone holder so once you've installed this in your car, you'll still need to by a holder like a clamp or something that will mount onto this that will then hold the phone.

Ich nutze den Clip in einem VW-Tiguan. Es funktioniert alles wie beschrieben und sitzt absolut stabil.Kombiniert habe ich die Halterung mit einer "Herbert Richter HR Halterungsschale Smartphone-MINI PDA Gripper 1 HR-Art.Nr.: 25310 Universal Handy Smartphone Halterung für Geräte mit einer Breite von 59mm bis 89mm".Rätselhaft ist mir, dass immer noch so viele Leute ohne Halterung durch die Gegend fahren.Gut, es könnte am Preis liegen. Das Produkt ist passgenau und dieses Patent lässt sich der Hersteller vergolden.Aber das macht VW ja auch so und bietet lediglich eine Handyhalterung aus der Steinzeit an. Germany Förster.
