Don't use the cream if you have sensitive skin
The Hot Vita Sweat Now workout enhancer cream broke me out badly! I was itching for days. I did sweat, however. So, I'm thinking that a mixture of me sweating along with using the cream didn't mix well for me. I'm going to try the waist trainer alone without the cream.

La talla debe ser una menos o dos de la real y en mi experiencia la pedí xs y aún así queda súper grande en el abdomen ,y la crema adelgazante no hace sudar para nada , no me gusto
