Cuervo y Sobrinos was founded in 1882. It was established in Havana, Cuba and soon gained an enviable reputation for retailing fine jewellery and watches. Later, the company established offices in Europe including La Chaux-de-Fonds, arguably the epicentre of watchmaking. Over the years, the brand has increasingly focussed its operations in Switzerland, manufacturing watches in this land-locked country, whilst retaining a distinctive Latin character. All the Cuervo y Sobrinos watch models are presented in an elegant wooden case which transforms into a luxurious cigar humidifier, exclusively created for the label by specialized craftsmen, in the highest respect of tradition. The case is made of cedar wood that allows the perfect conservation of tobacco and emphasizes its aroma, thanks to its unmistakable scent. All the components used do not change the flavor and perfume of the cigars.
