I just bought a new FreeStyle monitor (my insurance stopped supporting my old one), and it was giving me readings that I thought were off. So, I bought the test solution just to make sure that it was working properly. Easy to use, and just confirms the accuracy of your meter. It does exactly what it is made to do.

Expected range of readings on strip container, not on control solution bottle.... solution worked!
Ignore the 1 star reviews from folks saying there is supposed to be a number on the control solution bottle. Those folks are wrong and obviously didn't read the instructions.The expected numbers are on the test strip container. It tells you what range your meter should indicate with the test solution depending on the strength. There is a range listed for low, normal or high. Check it out..... FYI, a "normal" control solution consistently read around 95 on a Freestyle Lite I have. Test strips said 76-114 expected. Which is quite a range of variation. These meters just aren't very accurate. I've seen a 20 point range across 5 successive actual tests at a given time. But it's not the solution. It's the meter/strips that are crap.

It is what it is!
It's a bottle of control solution that is within its expiration date. Delivery was fast to my mailbox at the postal substation instead of my porch. Added a day to receiving my purchase.
