Medium sounds about right to me.

I'm 5ft 6in and 40in chest and prefer the XL they are that bit longer. I've had L before and are a bit tight,hope this helps.

Q: What are the measurements for the xxl sized shirts?

My husband wears the medium size, so would imagine that the xxl sizes would be very large, but perhaps ask the seller of the item concerned. I cannot, sadly help you.

Q: Can you iron as normal

Yes you can iron as normal. Having said that they crease very little from eith hanging out to dry or from the dryer. Very pleased with mine.
