Great Service and product
This is a light weight product which has white and black colour combination.I got the service call within 2 hours of deliver and get installed in next 20 minutes. Everything was done in a single day.At last, great overall experience from Eureka Forbes.

Very poor serivice for under warranty
Very bad service it’s been 1 month since we complained no one is showing up to repair they are only coming to peopleWho are not under warranty and new installations very bad customer all lies

Tie pahanke lootne nikla he
I got DR.AQUAGUARD MAGNA HD RO (NXT), On time delivery and installation, but stopped working after a week. Within a day service person came and identified the issue in the installation and repaired for free. After 9 months the red phone icon started blinking and stopped working after a week. Aquagaurd service personal promptly attended and replaced the filters for free. I can understand warning for filter replacement, but couldn't understand the fact that it stops after week. Aquaguard designed the product in such that filter replacement is mandatory every year, costing more than 5000 in a year. It doesn't even have the sensors to check if output water quality is below the standard. But it blinks and stops after a specific amount of usage. I found a big issue in the design which forces mandatory service every year. I completely disagree with Auaguard when they say it is their concern for the user's health. They can not force users to spend Rs. 5000 for their so-called concern. In my opinion, Auaguard is "Tie pahanke lootne nikla he". When I raised concern Aquaguard replaced all those designs(freely).I am not telling you don't buy AQUAGUARD product but think once before encouraging this kind of business like some Doctors or hospitals who want to earn MORE by people's fear of death.

Product need lots of maintenance
Product is good,but its take lots of maintenance.Every5000liter it need to change the candle,automatically the machine stop working.Annual maintenance cost is 9752 ,every time the spare parts are not available the Eureka forces company say what we can do the spare parts are not available.Its takes one week we common people suffers lot of problem.We are giving lots money for AMC but the company didn't bother.

Very High Maintenance
Product is good and size is very handy.But it is very high maintenance. The product is designed in such a way it forces customer to spend more than 5000rs every 6 months. The product forced sensor stops water unless the filters are replaced.
