Cup 4 Cup Gluten Free Pancake & Waffle Mix, 8.7 Oz

I accidentally wrote a negative review for this product. It was suppose to be for Kikoman. I apologize.This product is excellent and is great for gluten free diets. The cornbread is excellent also.

While a little pricey, I love that this actually tastes like a normal waffle! Definitely the way to go when you have that craving but can't have gluten.

This is the best GF pancake mix I have tried. I have tried several varieties and many recipes, and this one is far superior to the rest. I feel like I am eating regular pancakes again for the first time in a long time since going gluten free. Thomas Keller is a genius. I think the price is very reasonable.

This was a bit pricey as it only made 4 pancakes, but from a flavor and texture perspective they were fantastic. We did add in some vanilla extract which was optional but I would recommend it. I would buy it again.

I don't have any convenient way to order in stores anymore. I used to be able to get at Giant and Target but now have to order through the website or even easier through amazon. BUT I'm telling you this pancake mix is THE BEST gluten free mix on the market hands down! I do recommend using the butter over oil suggested and adding the optional vanilla extract. The pancakes or waffles freeze well for breakfast through the week. This size is good for one breakfast for a family of 4. It's like a small sampler pack but works well since we have pancakes about once a week or less. Yes it is pricier than other brands but it also far exceeds in taste! Love Cup 4 Cup products!

First, flavor wise, this pancake mix is good. It’s one of the better tasting gluten free pancake mixes I’ve tried but it is so THIN. It does not make a thick enough batter so it’s very hard to make actual pancakes with it,it’s almost crepe like. And One bag is one batch of pancakes so value wise it’s not really worth buying very often.. I like it, but it’s not top of my list when I want pancakes.

This pancake mix was much better than the other gluten free mixes we have tried and used. These taste more like the wheat flour mixes without the grainy texture. We will be using this mix for pancakes once I get through my supply of gluten free bisquik.

I’ve searched high & low for a good GF pancake mix like this! My son was diagnosed a celiac 4 years ago, and my search is over. I’ve used it for a little over a year & i Highly recommend it.

I thought this bag would have been a lot bigger - not worth the money for the tiny bag
