I had bought this as I was going through neck gap pain, n since due to less calcium HD severe pain at times..but yes after taking this there is lots of change, I also give it to my son 19 n daughter 23 as their daily diet is not good in intake of calcium they need.. it's the best!Will be ordering soon again!

Product is really good,1000IU per day is recommended for everyone normally,above that,better go for vit d levels test first and then can increase dose according to doctor's advice,working really good for my mom
