This was the best gift I could have bought my 9lb, 2 yr old Shorkie, Anakin! From the first time I carefully introduced him to his new bag for shopping with Mommy, he fell in love! Now when I place the bag onto the bed, he immediately knows we are going out to the stores & he lays right in it! I am constantly stopped & asked about my SlowTon bag as my Anakin, just lays on his back at times & drifts off to sleep he is so comfortable! I live in a very small studio & if I left him there he would bark & disturb the other residents so I take him every where with me, yes, even a 2 hour food shopping! The carrier, which I call,"The Bag", is so comfortable over my head I can actually push a shopping cart that's full with ease while Anakin is in the bag. At least 3-5 times I am stopped & people comment how adorable my pup is, but also take the name of the company that makes this amazing carrier! I'm so very happy I chose this carrier, that keeps my baby up close against me & he is not isolated in a hard closed up container! Best invention, would highly recommend!

I have a 22lb Miniature Pincher. His entire body will not fit into this sling but he sits/rests in it well and appears comfortable. His front paws hang out but having this sling still makes it easy to carry him around when hes tired. I was on vacation recently and folded up this sling and stuffed it easily into my small backpack. We walked into a store and were told that "dogs weren't allowed unless they were carried". NO PROBLEMO. I stepped out, took the sling out of my backpack, tucked him in and marched right back in to shop. I wouldn't recommend using this sling for a 20+ lb dog for long periods of time (that's pretty heavy to carry unbalanced weight sling style) but it's great to give your pup a rest from walking or to carry them around in places they would otherwise not be allowed to enter.I will say that the shoulder strap is thick and very padded which makes it comfortable on the shoulder but also bulky and kinda annoying to have on your neck.The sling feels very sturdy, I'm not worried about it falling apart or failing to support my dog's weight.I will still definitely be using this sling though. The pros outweigh the few cons.

I absolutely love this carrier! My pooch is just at 7 lbs and fits comfortably in the pouch. There is a place for you to hook up the collar in case they get a little jumpy to hold them in. Coop LOVES going to the store with his mama and this has been such an easy way to carry him around.The only con is that I will say after about 15-20 min your neck area hurts if you don’t switch sides. Not sire how to alleviate outside of switching sides. Maybe they can figure that out in their next version.

It looks exactly as pictured. We tried it with a 15lb dog and it worked great. We purchased it for a chiwinnie puppy that was 1lb so it's too big at the moment. We added some interior buttons to make it smaller for now.My only complaint is that I wish the fabric was more breathable. I'm afraid the pups will get too hot in the summer. We'll see how it goes.

for puppies watch they neck area if they want to look out check to see if its hurting them there but its a good bag she likes it once I put a towel in the bag so she has a lift and having that hook helps as well knowing she want go any where but you still got to be watchful she has not lay down in it yet.. sorry for the mirror picture.. hope this helps

I do like the sling bag. It's comfortable and once I used the clip it made a world of difference. It would be nice if the pocket were bigger so my phone would fit. I have a large mobile phone.

I took my Corgi puppy to the beach with this. I do feel like I need to support the bag with one arm for her comfort and security. But she was happy to stay in it while I walked through shops. After awhile your shoulder starts to feel the strain, I suggest rotating sides if you wear it long to prevent soreness.

My 9 lb Tzu is recovering from Pneumonia at 15. I bought this due to the amazing reviews and they are true! I have two other Shih Zu's and they bully her when she hunkers down on a smell. She loves this sling! If I let her, she will stay in it for days.
