Phenocal - Lose Weight, Feel Energized, Look Fantastic

phenocal works great for me. my heart did beat much faster during my workouts after taking the pill, and it was harder for me to catch my breath during the first mile of my run, but it was only a temporary effect- after a week everything was back to normal. this is the first medication i’ve taken that actually kills food cravings. it has a definite diuretic effect but this, too, seems to level out after a week. during the first week i also had to take a sleeping aid to get to sleep at night, even though i took the last dose around 1 pm. again, insomnia was a temporary effect. if you drink a lot of tea, coffee, pop, anything with high caffeine levels, then you most likely won’t notice much of an increase in energy levels.phenocal can be an effective tool in weight loss if you’re serious about counting calories and working out- i’ve gone from a size 2/3 to a size 0/1 in two weeks.i would recommend though, not buying the product through reborn light- my first shipment included an empty envelope and the replacement package included a product i didn’t order.

I’m giving this 3 stars because I can’t tell yet if it works. Almost done with bottle and have not lost any weight but it does curve your appetite.

I have taken the entire bottle and exercised every other day while watching my calories and fat intake. The results - lost one pound in one month. This did nothing for my appetite or weight loss. 6 pills a day for no results - don't make the same mistake I did because it does not work!

I have high blood pressure so I don't take the amount your supposed to. But I can tell you that it does work. It has curved my appetite and given me much energy. Also I can look in the mirror and tell that I have lost body fat. Jeans fitted much looser very soon after started taking it. Most of all, I think it is a safe product, unlike many others.

Not too impressed! I do feel some good energy but not much help with curbing the appetite. No weight loss after 2-3 weeks. Too expensive to not get results

no change in my diet. didn't lose anything until I stopped taking it. I lost 80 lbs before I was taking it but was plateaued.

After menopause, even with exercising a lot - I was approaching a weight I could not handle. This product, combined with tabata bootcamp or interval training exercises and a good diet helped me to lose 15 lbs and get down to my college weight. But you have to do all 3 - take it, workout with high intensity, and watch what you eat. Think of it as an "assistant". I also feel great, have more muscle mass and less fat altogether

Lost weight..7lbs in 2 weeks. Not sure if it was the tablets or the Exercise and Clean Eating....have to do all three to be successful. To pricy though.
