I've always loved to travel, even with its one huge downside for me. I've never been good at going to sleep even at the best of times, and the excitement (and stress, to be perfectly honest) of travel doesn't help matters. I normally take melatonin when I have trouble getting to sleep, but I was afraid that it wasn't going to cut it in this situation. I decided that I was going to find a real solution for this year's trip. I love to use natural substances whenever I possibly can.I settled on this one because of the great reviews, and decided to cycle between it and NyteShred. Honestly, I can't decide which was more awesome. With this one, I did notice that it was a gentler wake-up. I found that, even after 7 hours of sleep, I felt as if I'd slept for 10. Consider me a convert!

I purchased this sample to see if these supplements would do the trick for my sleep issues! I can ecstatically say, they did and very, wet well!!!I have had sleeping issues for as long as I can remember and have tried everything under the sun to help. Unfortunately, nothing has helped (both over the counter sleep aids and natural remedies) until I found THESE beauties! Not only do I fall asleep fast, but I do NOT wake up during the night AND I am well-rested in the morning! I will continue to purchase the 30 day supply bottle, for certain.

I tried this product based on two reviews. Big mistake...it would really be nice if people would be honest when writing reviews. A lot of people like myself rely on them when shopping on line . Since I am only the third person reviewing this product. I can honestly say thank God they have samples. Don’t waste your money even on the samples. Three hrs into my first capsule and just had my first yawn. Absolutely doing nothing for sleep or anything else in my case.

I was really amazed by this all natural sleep product. I have struggled with falling a sleep for Many Many Years! I heard about the Refresh sleep product so I gave it a try for a week and OMG I can fall a sleep with out tossing and turning and struggling with How am I going to fall a sleep! This product works for me! I say give it a try It worked for me.

Made me groggy the next day, but I was also on work travel which also makes me very tired.

This stuff works! I am happy I purchased this and will buy again.

I took one pill first time and suffered stomach discomfort and sleeplessnes and terrible migraine the following day

Didn’t help at all. I got nightmares… I gave chance but still nightmares.Glad I bought the small bottle as a tryout !
