I hate pads and I was so eager to try this. And I'm so disappointed now... Yes, the quality and fabric are good, but that's all. It's not designed for heavy days: after 2 hours and 20 minutes it started to terribly leak (I measured the exact time as it was my first "test drive"). It wasn't a good substitute even for 1 Always radiant pad (#4). Maybe you can use it only on light days.I also agree with one of the previous reviews that it looks kind of bigger than regular underwear, but fits ok.

I bought this after a friend told me it was great. Frankly I was suspicious that this panty would work but after I tried it I was so amazed!! This is so comfortable and doesn't leak at all! The best thing about it is that it doesnt smell at all! I'm always overly conscious about how I smell during periods but with this period panty I'm not worried anymore! I plan on buying more.

I've only heard about period panties before, and was very curious about them. I finally got to try them. It looks just like regular underwear. It's perfect on my lighter days and when I am extra careful about possible leaks. The size fit me just right and cleaning is as simple as instructed. I got black this time, but would like to see different colors, and different styles, too!

I’ve used these panties during light and medium flows with no leakage. They are comfortable enough to sleep in as well in order to avoid the middle-of-the-night-spills. The material is light and stretchy. The crotch and most of the back area is much thicker than the rest.Pros:- no leakage in light to medium flow-comfortable- helps save money on feminine products-eco-friendlyCons:- they fit me in a weird way. Mine may be a bit snug, so it creates a weird silhouette. Perhaps order a size up.-cleaning isn’t all that fun, but it’s to be expected with any period panties.- the black color makes it difficult to tell when they need to be changed and if they are thoroughly cleaned.Overall, these are good for sleeping in. Not my favorite, but I would recommend them for anyone looking to be a bit more eco-friendly and/or avoid any embarrassing leakage.

At first I was skeptical of these panties, but I read about how harsh the chemicals can be to our-women’s body when wearing pads or inserting tampons....so I thought I would give these a try and be ‘Environmentally friendly’ as to produce less garbage/disposables. I must admit they are not too too stretch but given the fact that they are made of special fabric, and because I have a small back, I had no problem fitting in perfectly to a Size S. They sure r leak proof, which I needed while sleeping and enjoying some outdoor leisurely sports: they also are worry proof!! I’m planning on buying some more-Once u get used to it, these are definitely more comfortable than making messes w tampons and leaks. Also I had no problem w a weird seams the other reviewers mentioned.... perhaps I can recommend to order a size up? If u have a full back :)

Order 1 or 2 sizes up. They fit small. I wish the were seamless. I use them at night and I have a heavy flow. Great undies.

These seem to be good quality. They have held up several washings so far. Absorbent and don’t leak. I used at nighttime with tampons for heavy flow. However, you cannot wear during the day under clothes because there a large thick seams awkwardly across the back which are very visible under clothing. Very disappointed.

I bought this period underwear for my daughter. I wanted to find something that really works for her. It works!
