It's very nice
This is a really nice insulin case. It has holders for 2 pens, and plenty of room for other things like a meter. The cold packs are nice as they will keep your insulin cold for an extended period. I am very happy with my purchase

Looks better than expected!!
Cooler just arrived today, so I havent used it yet. Seems to be excellent quality!!! I am highly impressed already!!

Not Epi-Pen Friendly
I bought this item specifically for epi-pens as I read that it would work for them. The case is a nice size and the ice packs are great, however, the epipens don't fit in the elastic bands. We can still use it but I have another case that is much better.
