Work for a ownership group that build apartment buildings.This is the only check scanner I buy.

Works well
We leased this model scanner from the bank for a couple of years - then I found it on Amazon and we just purchased it outright. I have used this scanner for about 20 years. It works great. Replace an ink cartridge every few years and run a cleaner sheet thru it once a year...That's all it needs.

Product doesn’t work at all!
It was not able to be installed and work at all, and wasn’t allowed to return.

No ink cartridge included and LOUD!
No ink cartridge included and it doesn't tell you that. Also, the scanning of the checks is LOUD!! Be prepared!!

Works well
Set up needed drivers installed and when we did attempt the first use it would not because of the missing ink pad/roller. This was not included in our box so it took extra days to get that in before we could start using. this pad should have been included I think.
