So glad I got this...
Love this thing. I've got a BMCC4k in a self-contained cage setup, and it's soooo convenient being able to throw these things on, pull it off my tripod and immediately start using it as a shoulder rig. There's a very tiny bit of wobble to it even once it's tightened all the way, but it doesn't affect my ability to keep the shot fairly steady. Otherwise, build quality is great and the arms feel very sturdy.

Awesome, but not exactly as advertised...
High quality, durable, and quickly shipped. The handles are a nice, comfortable rubber, and it makes my rig look much more professional. The only negative I have, though, is that they are not blue... they are red :lI guess I'll have to make my rig red and blue from now on.

The handles are great for the money
The handles are great for the money. When lifting the camera on and off your shoulder with the handles, you will notice a little flex with them that worries me a little.
