Awesome Smart Fan (works with Alexa)
I've only had the fan for two days, but so far, so good! It's just as described, has 4 speeds and will oscillate up/down or left/right. It also has a smart mode and timer.Below is how I got it to work with Alexa! Another reviewer listed how they got it to work, but that didn't work for me, I had to set the Fan up from the Smart Life App from the App Store instead of the suggested HE App.** The HE App found the Fan and I could control the Fan from it but I wasn't able to find that on the Smart Life Skill so I wasn't able to have Alexa control the Fan - which is a BIG reason I got this one.My Instructions:step 1: Download Smart Life App from the App Store and create an account.step 2: Select to add a device, click on "Small Home Appliance" and select FAN.step 3: Plug FAN in but DO NOT turn on the power.step 4: Hold down the smart mode button, on the far right until the little WIFI icon blinks (in the display, right side of temperature) -- you will also hear a beep when it's ready to pair.step 5: On phone, click 'Confirm indicator rapidly blink' buttonstep 6: Enter Wi-Fi password (you may have to change network first, if not using 2G) then press 'Confirm' button - at which time the phone will show it's connecting.step 7: Add the Smart Life Skill in your Alexa app and link to your account - if you don't already have it.step 8: If you already have the skill, like I did, then once fan is connected to WIFI Alexa will immediately discover it, otherwise, once you've linked the Smart Life Skill to Smart Life App - close the Skill and Alexa should automatically discover the device.I love this and recommend to all!

A little frustrating, but pretty good.
For a desk fan, this product is pretty good. I wouldn't use it as a floor fan, though. It oscillates like advertised, and has a low, medium, and fast mode (fast mode is really fast for a desk fan, but again, not exceptional for a floor fan). It also has a timer, smart mode, and a breeze mode (yes it emulates a breeze). The smart features are there but underwhelming. The instructions it comes with are in broken English and impossible to decipher, which doesn't help. But after emailing the seller, I got good feedback and they helped me best they could (the customer service brought this review up from a 2).Once you manage to get it working with Alexa, the only voice commands it supports are "Turn on/off fan" and "change speed to 1/2/3/" You can't set breeze mode, timer, or oscillate with Alexa, which was a little disappointing, but I still got what I expected upon purchase, so it's not really a minus, just would have been a nice touch (could be updated in the future maybe)Overall, it's about average if not for the Alexa features just barely putting it above par. But get ready for a little frustration getting it to sync with your smart home (there's a lot of room for smart stuff to get dumb with this concoction of apps and skills).FOR ANYONE TRYING TO USE ALEXA OR THE APP.step 1: download HE Smart app onto your phone and create an account.step 2: bypass the "create a home" thing the app does and add a devise. You'll want to add a fan.step 3: Make sure your fan is plugged in and the display is on, but DO NOT turn on the power to the fan.step 4: hold down the smart mode button on the far right until a wifi icon blinks on the main display.step 5: search for the device in the app and wait for it to connect.step 6: FOR ALEXA USERS. Add the Smart Life skill in your Alexa app and link with your HE Smart account. It should now work with Alexa.
