I am not happy with the manufacturer
Shortly before the two month deadline was over the battery life went down to less than 20 minutes making the audio player unusable. I reached out to the manufacturer to replace it with another one. They told me the device was no longer under warranty since by the time I tried to submit the warranty I was a week or so over the two month period. I replied copying the email I received from them and the date of my order stating that I notified them of the issue, and I am just trying to get a replacement. I was even willing to pay for the difference for an upgrade. I never even heard back from them. I won't purchase from this manufacturer again. I am told Neptune is a great player and the sound quality is even better.

once I figured out how to convert my MP4s to MP3s it has good sound in and out of the water
The buttons and corresponding colors are not intuitive. It was difficult to figure out what coordinated with what. Also, its nerve wracking to take it into the pool and worry about the headphones pulling out and getting the headphone jack wet. Overall, once I figured out how to convert my MP4s to MP3s it has good sound in and out of the water. Great for the cheap price. Some players are hundreds of dollars and I think this one works just fine.

a littlw bit of water goes into the ears while swimming and music fies not sound well...

Doesn't work
Was really looking forward to listening to audio books while swimming laps. I successfully activated it and downloaded new audio book. However, the device will not work in "MP3 mode" -- kept switching to FM mode. Tried repeatedly to get it into MP3 mode, but finally sent it back. Very disappointing.

after 2 months it suddenly didn't turn off anymore. ...
after 2 months it suddenly didn't turn off anymore. had to charge it right before I went for a swim and then let the battery drain all the way down again. after that it suddenly just didnt turn on again one day. lasted 3-4 months at most.

Rip Off MP3 Waterproof Player.
My husband is a lifeguard at our Wellness Center. Several members have complained that the UWaterG5 will work for a short while (a couple of months) and then quit. This is terrible product production and I cannot in anyway recommend it.

Poor design makes unusable in a pool
There are no earbud covers that fit my ear and they come off of the headphones constantly. Almost got one stuck in my ear. The headphones fall out all the time. Bad purchase, sorry I bought it. Was really looking forward to it
