Best Paperfeel Screen Protector
I need to replace my screen protector on my IPad Air and I couldn’t remember what I had bought originally. I choose one that was horrible! It had scratches on it within a day of putting it on and was not even close to paperfeel or anti glare. So I sifted through all my old amazon purchase and found this one!!! The one I originally put on my ipad :)This is a quality product! It is easy to install. If you get an air bubble it’s very easy to remove it. It has very low glare, and really feels like paper! The screen protector is a good thickness, works well with my Apple Pencil and does not interfere with the touch screen at all. Highly recommend this product!

This is the one!
With the new Ipad Pro, i noticed alot of finger prints. Love the glossy look but working under lights reflects everything! I tried glass screen protectors, 2 of them, and they both effected touch! Scrolling seemed to be half sensitive which really was annoying. I tried this screen protector just for the touch sensitivity. Installing it was easy as a provided everything you need. It was no different from any other screen protector. The antiglare is great. It does have a matte finish so the screen loses some of the brilliant radiance it naturally has however there is no glare. Under sunlight or in multiple lit office, you do not see all the reflective lights on your screen. The touch sensitivity is perfect, I find no difference in having this protector on versus not having any protector on it. It is a paper like feel and does slow down the Apple Pencil to make it more sensitive and natural feeling versus like writing with a pencil on a piece of glass. Longevity, I can see some of the finish wearing off Maybe as it feels kind of like a very fine sandpaper. However I don’t think this is a problem for the price I will just order another one after a year or two. One last thing, there is no fingerprint residue left on the screen. The screen protector does not leave or leave marks all over and fingerprints or a thing of the past on the screen.

This is a perfectly suitable alternative to Paperlike
I don't normally write product reviews, but I figure as somebody who was anguishing on which matte screen protector to get instead of Paperlike I could help others make their choice. This screen protector is exactly what you're looking for if you don't want to spend $40 on Paperlike. It has a great texture and it does feel good to write on. I haven't owned in long so I can't say for certain how much it will wear down the tip though. It also makes touching the screen feel more pleasant than bare plastic or glass. The anti-glare works really well. I haven't had any problems with that.Installation wasn't too bad. The instructions are pretty clear and easy to follow. I think these things are kinda hard to get perfect on the first try - when I first applied it I still had a few air bubbles in various spots. I was able to remove some at the edges by using the wiper thing that comes with the package. But what really helped was, after getting it fully on, lift up each corner and reapply in segments. Once I did that I was completely bubble-free. The only "defect" occurred when I had to dig in to one of the corner a bit more with my nail to lift it up. But that only resulted in a slight loss of adhesion at the very tip of the corner. I don't even notice it any more.So yeah - save yourself the $30 and buy this instead of Paperlike. You won't regret it.

Installs well, rough “tooth”
A bit painstaking to install, but the included instructions and tools guide you through the process so you won’t mess it up.The surface feel is much grittier than the paperlike-style protector I had on my last iPad. That was like a medium-tooth paper, and this is a rough tooth. Physically I like sketching with smooth-feeling tools like pens and those somewhat waxy Col-Erase pencils, so a smoother surface felt more familiar. This one feels more like you’re using a very soft pencil or charcoal. It feels like you have to be more decisive with your line. That’s all a matter of preference, though, and I find myself getting used to this one. It does wear out your pen nibs faster, though.

Initial disappointment, fixed with great customer service. Good product.
*Update* I emailed the seller and within hours I received a response that another screen protector was on the way, hassle-free. The new protector arrived in a few days and has been applied with a far better result this time around. A big thank you to the sellers! The new screen feels great.(Original Review)I got everything perfectly ready to apply this screen protector. I went in with the preparedness that made me feel like I was getting ready to diffuse a bomb, lol. I followed the recommendation to get a bathroom nice and steamy, and then waited a few minutes for the steam to settle down along with any dust and hair that was previously floating in the air. I tied my hair back, made sure my clothes and the work area were lint-free, washed my hands and got ready to hold my breath.Everything seemed to be going okay as I followed the steps, but after the screen was cleaned and I went to peel the first film back, I noticed there was already a piece of fuzz stuck under the film. I tried to carefully use the alcohol wipe to dab it off, but it was really stuck in there. I also tried the blue sticker included to remove it, but both attempts to remove the fuzz made the protector even smudgier. Sadly, this is not a multi-pack so I didn't get to try again. I can't review any other aspects of the product because it had to go straight into the trash.
