Purchased this item and paid a lot for it because my old, cheaper rope would get tangled.Cost £15 and immediately gets tangled when you attempt to use it.Biggest waste of money, you're better off buying 10 cheap ones, from the moment this arrived I've been nothing but disappointed.Quite comical they put so much time into the handles but couldn't provide a jump rope that is useable

Great rope. Kit comes with two wires and extra grips to change colour. Learnt how to double under with this rope and nice to be able to try different weights of wire without buying anything else

Perfect jumping rope. The only thing I don't like is that to adjust length you need to have a screwdriver with you. Apart from that I find it incredibly useful and made it a significant part of my workout routine.

Overall a very nice jump rope though the 70g cable is also quite lightweight so this really is best for tricks and speed.
