This was amazing Hanukkah gift for a 10 year old girl. It is so much cooler than I thought! The slit on top of the safe actually PULLS IN bills automatically. Like at the self-checkout in the store. It also has a coin slit on top, I wouldn’t try to push that down the same way as the bills. It is beautiful, sturdy, not flimsy at all. The code change worked easily, but it is described wrongly in the instructions. It goes like this: Open the safe door with the old code (0000). With the door open push and hold the star button on the bottom left of the key pad. Note: ONLY the red light is blinking. Not the green light as described in the instructions manual. So don’t wait for a green light. Your safe is not broken. WHILE you hold down the star button enter your new code within 15 seconds. Then push the hashtag button on the bottom right of the key pad. Now you close the door. And the new code works.Awesome gift. So fun to use. And actually a great safe. Siblings or others can not get into it. I would recommend it to kids age 4-15. After that they might need a steel safe :)

Bought this for my son to keep his money- all of a sudden it won’t open. I tried changing the batteries- as directed in the instructions- no luck. I emailed the company - no answer. So now I have to break in to the bank. Very disappointed in the product and customer service. Do not buy unless u want to be disappointed and frustrated.

This is a great product for my son to learn about saving money and keeping valuables safe. My own problem with this is the set up. The safe comes stuck in password please voice mode. It tells you that the preset password is 0000. When the safe is stuck in password please voice you have to keep pressing 0000000000 until it finally opens. Once you figure this part out and open the safe you can flip the switch to beep mode. This will allow you to use the safe properly. Very stupid design on that part. Not sure if that was a defect on mine or what but that was frustrating to figure out no where in the instructions did i find a spot to warn you about this!!!!

I bought this for my son for Christmas. He has really enjoyed it, but I honestly think he likes most the fact that it "eats" his money. He's 8 years old and likes to save any allowances or gift money given to him to spend on things that he wants.

When my sister suggested this as a gift for my nephews (Christmas), I was reluctant because it’s a bank. Not exactly an exciting toy that Santa brings! But after adding a little cash for them to find inside, they loved it! They’ve set their combination and now try to guess the others combination! And it’s a great tool to teach kids about saving money. Win-win!

Very frustrated with this. My son spent some birthday money on this and it stopped working and locked very shortly after receiving it. We’ve tried replacing batteries like it suggests and it still won’t work so we can’t open and get the money out. Have tried contacting company with no luck.

My nephews loves this money bank. He like to save his own money and hear the sounds when he puts the money in. I got both of nephews one. One is 6 and the other is 8.

This is a great gift! My young grandson is learning to save. He loves dropping his change in and having his bills added like a real ATM. Best part for him is having a pin code that his older sisters don’t know, so they can’t get in his bank!

I followed the directions to change the pass code and it won't work. I guess we'll just have to use the 0000 but that's stupid. Not worth $30

This is great I got it for all three kids. The bill collectors work great. Overall this is probably one of my best purchase on here.

Cool little safe. My 5 year old loves it. Rollers and electronics work well. Decently durable. Good buy
