This product performed as advertised. The spray was even, dried quickly, and looked great. So depending on what you are applying it to, it should be fine. Just follow the instructions for use. Quick ship, arrived days earlier than estimated.

The media could not be loaded.  My girlfriend wanted to get rid of all the chrome on her 2018 Silverado. After buying her a new black grill, I needed to get the headlight chrome bezels to match as close as possible. I removed the headlight bezels carefully and proceeded to scuff the plastic with 600 grit sandpaper.I wiped them clean and started to spray Dupli-Color VHT Semi Gloss Black in 20 minute intervals. I used 5 coats and did a test placement against the new black grill. Naturally, the black alone was too washed out looking. I taped off a section of the headlight bezel to test the Dupli-Color General Purpose Acrylic Enamel Crystal Clear.I applied 3 coats and it seems to enriched the black paint to a richness that matched the black grill. Now I have to sand down both bezels completely to start over with Dupli-Color Adhesion Promoter, then a black primer, then 5 coats of the black and finally 3 coats of the enamel.

Product works great and easy to use but it left a yellow dingy look. As you can see from the picture the back part of the controller was the original color I was going for and the front half of the controller is sprayed with matte clear coat. So I had to repaint both.

Not enough to do 1/4 of my hood. I had to order 6 more spray cans. And a different color primer (black works Grey or white, no bueno.

So far, so good! I used this paint to repair a silver-dollar size rust spot near the rear wheel well of my 2000 Alero - the only rust on the car! PA has a strict inspection protocol that bans passing inspection if there is any RUST on your car! Yikes! Anyway, this wasn't too bad to do since the car is very WHITE! (Little side note: I was told by professionals that WHITE is the strongest, longest-lasting car color on the planet and that's proving to be true! No garage, car left out in the elements and all you do is wash it to make it look like a new car!) Anyway, this paint is awesome! I was concerned about control of the spray since I had such a small spot to do (didn't want overspray). Well, the spray nozzle on this makes you feel like a competent expert! Awesome! Only reason for a 4 star rating is that I don't know how the paint repair will hold up so jury's still out!

Please don't buy this. It immediately broke, not to mention you should be able to find this item for $15 or less at a local hardware store.
