What a wonderful experienceCheck the guard protecting the derailleur to see if it is preventing the chain to shift into the smallest gears. It can get pushed-in too close to the derailleur during shipping. Just grasp it and bend it outward enough to allow full motion

Have had this bike for about 7 months and have had no issues, the bikes battery on full charge lasts for a 6 days going back and forth 5 miles both ways till the battery needs a recharge even then without the battery the bike still rides smooth, only thing that I dislike about the bike is the seat since of how slim it is but it's easy to just get the seats from the market just to make it comfortable to ride. Assembly of the bike took about 2 hours (best to have extra tools in hand due to some of their tools bend with slight ease in which the tools seem to be made out of white metal)

BOUGHT A VIVI BEFORE THIS ANCHEER. VIVI WORKS PERFECTLY, NO PROBLEMS. BOUGHT THIS AS A GIFT AND EMBARRASSED FROM BEGINNING TO END. SO I END UP WITH A $99 WALLYWORLD BIKE WITH NO ELECTRIC ABILITY AT ALL, FOR $750. HOW LOUSY IS THAT? MY TIME EXPIRED ON RETURN BECAUSE I WAITED TO ASSEMBLE IT. GOT 2 HOURS OF PARTIAL PEDAL ASSIST, AND THEN THE ENTIRE ELECTRIC DRIVE FAILED. SELLER WRITES LOVELY POLITE WORTHLESS EMAILS PROMISING TO MAKE GOOD ON IT, (ENCHANGE WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE FOR US) AND OFFERS $30!!! HOW INSULTING. THE SHIPPING WAS $80. THE TAX MORE THAN $30. WONT BE BUYING MORE FROM ONLINE. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PRODUCT, AND NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER. BUY LOCAL FOLKS! AT LEAST THEY HAVE TO LOOK YOU IN THE EYES IF THEY SELL YOU JUNK. BTW, I HAVE 10 BIKES, MOSTLY RETRO SCHWINNS AND SOME OTHER BRANDS. THE BIKE IS NICE, BUT WITHOUT THE ELECTRIC FUNCTION, IT COULD BE PURCHASED FOR 100. DISAPPOINTING, DISGUSTED AND PURSUING ALTERNATE OPTIONS TO RECOVER SOME LOSS.

My husband loves the bike I would like to have one now but I have prime and was told I would get the 80.00 for shipping back... have not received a dime...boy do I 💕💕💕💕💕💕 love this bike

The bicycle was easy to assemble, looks great, gets up to 30 miles on one charge, if you assist by peddling, you can get more milage out of the battery. The bicycle can be adjusted for the rider very easy, set up straight or leaning over. The bicycle was affordable. I highly reccomend this bicycle.

I was amazed that my 12 year old daughter was able to put this together within 30 minutes. My wife loves the bike. We recently moved to a very hilly area and this helps her to be able to enjoy the ride without being stressed about her fitness level. The price was good, it handles well and is a smooth ride.

Two problems. 1st I ordered the folding model and revived the non folding, didn’t realize until I got most of it together and the screws on the front fork are on so tight they can’t even be loosened. Very poor directions and the online video is horrible also. Assuming I ever get this together I may write a new review. Still disappointed I didn’t receive the fold up model but taking this apart and shipping it back would be a nightmare.
