I am not sure where is my previous review went, but this is my updated review.I had previously given the a review of 1 star because after 4 months, one of the light bulb went out. However, I contacted the seller, and they sent me replacement bulbs. Now that I have two working bulbs, I am updating my review to 5 stars.These replacement bulbs replaced decade old yellow bulbs in my refrigerator. So, it was a big difference when I had first placed these bulbs in. It made my refrigerator look like new - mainly because everything was so bright and easily seen.I'd recommend buying it. And if something goes wrong, you will have the peace of mind that the seller is responsive and is ready to replace if necessary.

These are bright and work well in my vent hood. The only problem is that they will not turn off. Not sure why but in this old hood, they just go from dim to bright and back again. Not too worried about it as I keep a light on in the kitchen all the time but it could be a deal breaker for others.Revised to add a star-- After some research, I found that the always-on issue is with my hood, not the bulbs. Residual current or ghost current runs through the hood. These are sensitive enough to light up even with the trickle of electricity. Not a problem as I keep some kind of nightlight going in the kitchen anyway. The brightness when these are fully on is absolutely wonderful and more than makes up for the other.

This LED bulb has a very cold white color, that will not make your food look as appetizing, if you are used to a tungsten bulb in your fridge. But should be using less power, and since it's not generating as much heat as tungsten bulb, should reduce (a small amount) of energy needed to keep things cold.

Put these in the refrigerator compartment of my 20 year old Kitchenaid side by side. It makes the fridge feel modern. First thing that is noticeable is that there’s a slight delay when you open the door and the bulb switch on. It’s kinda of cool (pun intended). It also is a really bluish white light. So the interior looks really clean and white.

One bulb lasted a year, one bulb still going strong. Even with one bulb dying sooner than expected, I'm replacing it with the same brand. It's too good of a deal!

In replacing the three 40w incandescent bulbs in my (older) fridge -- one in the freezer section -- I was still surprised to see how hot they would get the short time the doors are open. These LEDs are nice and bright, but stay cool. Like some other reviewers have pointed out, the color temp does "update the look" to a more modern fridge. Hopefully, they'll last as long as the incandescent bulbs have?

I’ve gone through my entire house and replaced all of my light bulbs with LED. The other day, I was cleaning the refrigerator and notice that my incandescent bulbs were failing me. I jumped online, did some research and found these bulbs. They had pretty good reviews so I went for it and I’m glad that I did. They are bright and light up the refrigerator better than my traditional bulbs. I couldn’t be happier with them. I recommend them for the price, quality and brightness.

Two of my four refrigerator lights were burned out, so I decided to just replace all four with these Yizco LED bulbs. It was then that I discovered just how HOT the old bulbs burned. When changing the two that still worked, I could barely stand touching them! So hot, and in a refrigerator! The new replacement bulbs are soooo much cooler. And they give bright, modern white light (not like the old incandescent yellowish light). These Yizco bulbs are a major improvement!
