1/4" x 1" - 100 Pack Wooden Dowel Pins - Kiln Dried, Fluted, and Beveled (1/4" x 1", 100pk)

Needed some small dowels for some woodworking pieces I am currently building and these are exactly what I needed! They are sturdy and you get a 100 for a really good price. This will be my go to in the future for my dowel needs.

I've used about 30 of the dowels in the one bag of these that I bought. To me the two important points are the dowels are all consistent in size as evidenced by how they fit into the 30 odd dowel holes I used them for and I haven't seen a single dowel splintered, cracked, warped or otherwise "sub-par". They are all very consistent and well made. They hold up well to slight hammering to insure they're set, and being yanked out with pliers when I need to remove a couple - no crushing or splintering. Otherwise, they're dowels and do what we use dowels for, so there's not much else to report on. They've worked perfectly for my projects and I would not hesitate to buy more from this manufacturer.

Rhino brand dowels are wellmade & run true to size & diameter. I use a 6.5mm drill with them so I can dry fit first & not have to hammer them in. Imported stuff like General runs small in diameter, sometimes by a lot & varies in length too.

I have purchased the item before and it is the product that works best for me.

Hey now, these are perfect. The fluting helps the glue maximize its adhesive properties. Just buy this and be done with it. Trust me.

I am new to woodworking, so I'm not up for spending a crapton of money. These are nice dowel pins and with the dowel pin jig I use, they work quite well

These are a true 1/4"! There are other dowels on Amazon that are actually 6mm which is undersize. These are alo made in the US, not just made (somewhere?) from US wood

holes need to be drilled with a15/64 bit and these dowels fit just right.
