Q: What temp is ok to use and apply parts??

Living in Phoenix, AZ, I can only tell you I've used it during 100 degree days. I've also used it as low as high 40's. Not too sure about colder temps. In general works well for a lot of uses not just automotive.

I don’t know. I’m not familiar with that tape. Just white 3m double sticky tape.

I “think” it will. I know for sure double sided 3m tape will for sure. I put LED light strips on our golf cart and the lights were coded in silicon and that white 3m tape stuck to it.
