I really like this power bank. I bought it solely to use it as a power source for a Labradar Chronograph, in lieu of using 6 AA batteries. ( The Labradar is power hungry & will go thru AA's like mad...)I was very pleased with the overall quality of this item, I haven;t used it for very long, but it has held it's charge very well. The texture is very subtle, and allows for good gripping of the bank.I would definitely give this 2 thumbs up... IF there any thing that I would criticize, is that when the charge level gets down low, around 18 percent, I expected it to keep going, but it played out very quickly at that level... indicating the display showing the battery life left may not be quite exact. This may perform better over time after a few more discharge/charge cycles.

Like the title says, so far this has been a great product for me. Used it to get me through a 16 hour car ride. i managed to get 6 full phone charges and a full airpods charge out of just one cycle of this battery pack. it came quickly, and it was packaged great. Nothing but good things to say about this, except the fact it takes a while to charge the battery pack itself up to 100% (took about 8 hours to fully charge). But considering how long it lasts, I personally don’t have a problem with it. Great product, and great distributors!

It carries a lot of power in it and you can charge your phone multiple times for sure . The power in the Charger lasts for several days as well. A suggestion to take it from Good to Great - The speed of charging needs to be a bit faster as it matters in some emergencies. If I manufacture it, I would make it a little shorter and more solid.Overall, you can't go wrong with this Charger.

This is by far the best battery power bank I have ever owned! Sure you can buy other "name brands" but not at this price point. The bank charges up super fast! Like in 8 hours! Love the fact that shows the percentage of charge left which eliminates the guesswork. The seller was very nice when I reached out to express how happy I was!Best of all the power cells are of good quality, unlike the garbage lining popular stores checkout lines!

It’s said to have a 24,000 mah of battery but it’s nowhere close it should be able to fully charge my 3,800 mah phone at least 4 times but it barely manages to charge it twice this thing probably more realistically has a 12,000 mah battery in it, false advertising definitely not worth the money. It’s also way lighter than a 20,000 mah battery I had right before this one that’s usually a bad sign bigger batteries are heavier when it’s not there’s a reason. Very disappointed.

2 stars for the product but customer service was ok. I bought one that worked fine for few weeks, then, after it charged to 100%, when I plugged in my phone, it went to 0% in 5 minutes. I thought it was a fluke and charged the device again but the same thing happened. When it worked, it took a hours to charge which was fine, and when it started to not work at all, it took 10 minutes to go from 0-100%. I emailed customer service and they asked me to send a picture which I did, but it really doesn’t mean anything for them to see it flashing 0%. They sent me another one so we’ll see. I hope it was just a lemon because it’s a pretty good charger, a bit bulky and heavy, but fits in my purse. Wouldn’t fit in a smallish bag with much else, though. I live in earthquake country which is the main reason I bought it.

This power bank is great. It fully charged my phone in less than 2 hrs with my phone being down to 15%. On the next charge, with my phone being down to 8%, I still worked on my phone and it took 2 hours and 13 min to fully charge. The only cons I see to this product are it's size and weight. I owe a Samsung Note 9 and it's a bigger than that. It's quite a bit thicker and a lot heavier weighing in at over 12 ozs.
