They work surprisingly well for the price. I used them to drill holes in wine bottles. Make sure there is plenty of water. I found it best to drill under running water from a hose or something similar.

IMO, much better results than the spade type tile bit from Ryobi or the Bosch tile bit.
After trying two different styles of tile drill bits from the big-box stores (Bosch and Ryobi), I used these drill bits for drilling through porcelain tile to install a shower door assembly. They worked very well when my wife used a squirt bottle to deliver a constant stream of water and it's also important to apply just enough pressure to allow the bit to grind through the material, not cut through as regular bits cut through wood or steel. I used a tile bit from my Rotozip to make a starter dent in the tile to prevent these drill bits from walking on the surface. It helps to start these bits at about a 30 degree angle instead of perpendicular to the surface. I also found that as this drill bit made the hole, it also created a small spike of tile material going up the center of the bit which would plug the bit if I didn't break it every 1/16th" or so. Note that the ones I received did not have the slot on the side as shown in the picture.

poor quality and not last for a minute while drilling.
I don't recommend buying this and I will never buy this again, because it wasted my time and cause my job hard to finish. When I drill a hold on the tile by using this bit, the bit won't last for a minute. Bad quality.

Very important to use water dripped from a sponge to keep the bit cool and lubricated
These bits work really well on porcelain and terra cotta. I use it to make holes for cord, so I can hang potted plants. Just start at a 30 degree angle to get the bit to start cutting, and then straighten it out, so that the bit is perpendicular to the surface you are drilling. Very important to use water dripped from a sponge to keep the bit cool and lubricated, and also to help wash away the stuff you are drilling.

Works very well for the price
These work great for drilling through porcelain or ceramic tile. Be sure to keep them wet the entire time.
