70742 Cast Iron Victorian Design Planter Urn 2 Pieces

Not worth the price in my opinion. Poor construction on these by manufacturer (not the seller). Large gaps in seams, some of which were filled in by paint by the manufacturer. Seams not ground down. Where they were ground down, the details on the urns were lost as a result. I will have to strip paint and fill in gaps with a metal epoxy and then sand/grind the areas, then repaint. This will add to the cost. I bought larger urns from a different vendor out on the Web. They were much better quality for the same price. I cannot recommend this item.

We liked them so much that we used them on the dining room table at Christmas time. They were decorated with small faux boxwood on the top, trimmed with a red bow. Looked elegant. Would buy a couple more to place around the house. No watering required!
