Albezia Bark Powder / Albizia Julibrissin / He Huan Pi, 1lb / 500g Bulk Herb

I liked this but I like planetary herbals "albizia calms" liquid pre made formula better. I know this one is cheaper over all but - planetary herbals content of albizia just seems more regulated. I take a half a dropperful and it does the trick to relax me and make feel better. This seems to have a varied effect and this may be because I'm taking slightly different amounts each time- or maybe because it is not absorbed as easily as planetary herbals tincture is.

I enjoyed making a dilute tea with a pinch of this powder, but I am no doctor or medical expert. I read this powder is used to treat trauma and insomnia. I felt it was soothing. I don't know of any medical facts on this herb or whether it is safe with other medications. I also combined it with Magnolia Bark Extract. I don't know of any studies evaluating this herb or Magnolia Bark Extract, but I suppose they could be Googled....

We researched albezia bark and we were amazed about it's benefits. I drink a cup before I go to bed in a cup of hot water. I feel relaxed and rested the next day. I didn't have issues sleeping before but I really notice a difference when I don't drink it. The taste is pleasant and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend it!

I heard that if you used this in tea it would be calming so I bought empty tea bags and tried it. It was calming all right but apparently I'm allergic. I got scratchiness in my throat every time I used it.

This is quality Albizia Julibrissin bark powder! It is a bit astringent, but not bad tasting. I brew it with hawthorn berries, and it works great for me.

Works well, and easy to pack into your own capsules. I like this better than St. John's Wort for occasional bouts of depressed mood. You don't really need to take it for a long period of time to feel the effect. I just take it as needed, and it works within hours. When I feel better, I stop taking it, and there is no withdrawal effect.

Great product for the price. The albizia grounds tasted a bit perfumy and chalky but that is what albizia bark is, so understandable. When mixed with other herbs for the therapeutic value intended, it worked beautifully if you know what this does. I am satisfied with this product, thank you so much, will purchase again.
