I suffer from shoulder pain and tend to stoop, since buying this, as soon as I put it on, the difference is obvious, shoulders are pushed back and posture becomes upright, I wear ut for 20-30 mins per day, which I find works well for me, I can recommend this product for anyone who suffers from posture problems, you wont be disappointed with the results, it is cheaper than you can buy in chemists and in my opinion it works even better having previously owned one bought from a well known chemist shop

I bought this but was initially quite skeptical that a simple brace could produce such impressive results without physio etc. I’ve worked 9-5 sitting at a desk for years and realised my posture could be better so I thought might as well give it a go. I noticed I wasn’t slouching anymore at work which was due to the hard back piece and upper back pain reduced within the first few days of wearing it a work.It seemed like it was slightly uncomfortable in the beginning just because it was new to me but it has never been painful and actually quite comfortable under the arms and neck which I was worried off.I am 5ft 8 with a medium build so I chose the medium which was a perfect size for me but my friends have also tried it on who are around 6ft and it fitted also because of the elastic straps. I am quite tall (6ft 3) and have worked behind a desk for years therefore I have a bad habit of slouching and have a developed a hunched posture and my shoulders tend to sit forward before I remind my myself to keep them back.I have been wearing this for a week now mostly at work and in the car and I have felt a difference already. It is very easy to take to work, and put on by myself in a few seconds with no fuss. When not wearing it I feel myself naturally having my shoulders back and posture straighter. No more slouching already so very pleased for the long term results!Ps I have only done the exercise 3 times through the week even though the guide that comes with it suggests every day and I feel loser around my neck and upper back which I didn’t realise were stiff. My 82 year old father has developed a stoop from dementia and poor mobility, this really straightened him up and gave him some relief but unfortunately the waist band is very short and tight across his belly. His is a small slim man with a bit of a belly, so the waist does really need extending or he could have worn this more often. Apart from that flaw, its very strong and was nice to see him sitting and standing up straighter again. He said he found it comfortable apart from the waist.

When I opened the packaging I initially thought it looked very small but adjusting the straps it fits very comfortably giving me great support. I sit all day at work and I do slouch a lot but I feel now that it has helped and has reduced my lower back pain. I was able to adjust it to also fit my husband. Great buy at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend

So impressed! Instantly makes you stand upright and tall. My bad habit of slouching is being diminished. Very comfortable to wear too. I couldn’t recommend this enough.
