Very nice tap, only slight problem I had was tightening the main nut that holds the tap onto the sink, I think this was due to my sink type hard to access/tighten nut, got there in the end,(hook and by crook !!) also the tap came with 2 rubber washers was not quite sure if one went under tap (between tap and sink and one under sink between nut and sink) I ended up putting both under sink as when I put one between tap and sink you could see the black washer squeezing out against the white colour of the tap when tightened and there was a noticeable raised gap between the bottom of the tap body and the sink, anyway all good nowPS instructions could be product specific and bigger print.

One start is more than what this product deserve... Zero is more appropriat.Looked good when it was new but within a year the paint started to come off, the tap started to squeek when it was moved from cold to hot or visa vera revealing poor qulaity of the product.leaving me with a rusty tap.Now I have to pay a plumber to replace it .

I really like this tap. It looks great. We had a plumber fit it so I don't know whether it would be difficult or not. In terms of use, it is a little difficult to get a slow flow rate, but otherwise really nice.

Cheap quality item. Already rusting after 5 weeks of normal use. Customer Services were swift to response and friendly. However that won’t fix the problem. Maybe it is the white variant that rusts. But the red and blue marks on the handle are also rubbing off. So cheap cheap and cheap. Photos for your perusal.Two stars because it works well. But cosmetics and appearance sadly lets this item down.

I totally recommend these, lovely looking and very modern, I had these put in my kitchen and they look great
