Functionally, this works great. I make our salad dressing from scratch and use lemon to add flavoring other dishes, so I tend to squeeze lemons more often than I would like. We have a big contraption to squeeze oranges which I never use for lemons as it would be overkill to squeeze a few drops, so I usually just cut up slices and squeeze by hand. That doesn't seem like it takes much time, but compared to this squeezer, I'd say it cuts my time in less than half. I squeeze more juice out. I did, however, still get a lemon seed fall out, which was ok considering I had to fish them out manually before which was very time consuming. I imagine that other similar lemon squeezers would also do the job.I put everything in the dishwasher. After a few washes, there were circular blotches, probably from the heat. I don't care whether I get this or not, but I imagine some people might. I bought this for its functionality which has been excellent in terms of time and ease of clean up. With the exception of the blotches and seed falling out every now and then, I'd otherwise rate this a 5 star.

This is a quick, effective way to squeeze citrus fruits. The operation is pretty self-evident, so I won't describe it. We purchased this because other reviews describe it as heavy-weight. It is indeed heavy painted aluminum. The hinge also seems well made. Best of all the design means you can throw it into your kitchen tools drawer without taking up a lot of space.It's not magic, you have to squeeze the lemons/limes/oranges hard to get the juice out, but if you've already cut them in half you can get through them much more quickly with the old-style juicers where you spin the fruit onto a central post. However, this likely would not work well with grapefruits, so I don't think it would work for those (although admittedly, we didn't try)Recommended

It is a lemon squeezer that does a great job of squeezing lemons i purchase the squeezer because it was highly recommended by my mother ... i love u mom she were using old type of squeezer and some time she were use to squeeze by hand but it was so difficult and the grains were then to be out from the juice but now its easy to use and it is unbreakable because the material used is looking very good and hopefully it will not breakupmy mom use so much lemon some time when she has BP problem then she use it and also she used it when she has flu :P so it is a very help full to us i will also say thanks to risekitch that they provide it free as they send it to me as gift for giving review about the product as it is good then i m sure u will b happy by using it

This is the time of year when you particularly want a good lemon and lime hand squeezer. I like to make mojitoes, and when I was looking for my lime press, I could not find the perfect one. My recipe suggests I used one half lime, cut in quarters and then squeeze in glass by hands. However, I found I do not get enough lime juice from cutting them and squeeze by hands.Off I went to peruse the Amazon reviews for a lemon/lime squeezers. This, RiseKitch Lemon squeezer, had all great reviews. You do, indeed, get the last drop with this lemon/lime squeezer, that is remarkable. This is solid cast sturdy aluminum, it will not scratch, rust, chip or peel. This is Dishwasher safe. The handles are very comfortable, and the squeezer is long enough that is easy that is easy to use.

I've never had or used such a device before. Actually, I had to experiment with it before I was successful (for example, I mistakenly put the lemon half in the squeezer such that it matched the shape of the squeezer; wrong! that's upside down!). Then, I discovered that the holes in the squeezer are large enough to allow small seeds and some pulp through. So, I had to pour the extracted juice through a strainer to get seedless juice. That being said, I get all the juice out of a lemon with hardly any physical effort, and that's exactly what I wanted.

i was using wooded lemon squeezer which need more force from me to use that but i received a gift for giving a review about this product . i personally use RISEKITCH and i m happy from this product . it is very easy in use and also in cleanup this .risekitch lemon squeezer have very smooth handle which is fit in hands and easy in use .. it saved my time a loti will prefer this lemon squeezer to try it . its also cheap in price because its made up of good material ...

My lime squeezer that I had since 2001 finally gave up the ghost and broke. I do not recall the brand. This does not work as well as I expected. There is no way you can fit an orange in to squeeze it unless you cut it up into pieces - then when you squeeze, the juice goes out the sides. Same for limes - juice does not all go out the bottom - it goes out the sides as well; if you're looking for a refreshing lime shower for your shirt, this does the trick. If you are looking to get lime juice into a cup, you will get about 1/3 to 1/2 in the cup.

I needed a lemon squeezer since my little hands have been getting wrinkly from all the Mexican dishes I've been making.Since I purchased this product, my husband has complimented me on my smooth hands ;)Everyone in my household uses it. It gets most of the lemon juice out. I will be trying the amco lemon squeezer next for a comparison.
