17 pieces or 17 bracelets?
Just got this today. I was surprised to find 17 pcs, meant 17 bracelets. Since I got so many "extra" bracelets I decided to take a closer look for the other gadgets that are supposed to be weaved inside the bracelet. I confirmed my suspicion that there was no little bag with fishing gear inside. Some of the reviews said the size was very large, which is one reason I bought it. My wrist is only 7.5 inches and the bracelet fits comfortably but not loose like I had hoped. What I received looked exactly like the photo with the buckle with built in whistle and fire starter stick and metal, not ceramic, sparking tab. The only difference was no embedded tools inside, which is really what had intrigued me to buy in the first place.Vendor listed as Tactical Wilderness, but they came from Emily's Rainbow. Took a few weeks to ship from China, but tracking was available all the way along and arrived faster than the stated time.I'm glad I checked the inside of the bracelet before my survival hanged in the balance of the fishing kit that wasn't there. I now have 15 bracelets to hand out as gifts, one to wear myself and a piece of paracord.

It's nice to have a compact
It's nice to have a compact, 12-piece utility, but it simply is not stylish, nor is it practical to wear everywhere. It's stiff as it contains many different items hidden in a plastic capsule inbetween the paracord. Might as well stuff it into a bag, and carry it.

Seems like a decent product
Seems like a decent product. Its pretty big on my wrist so i dont wear it around daily, but i probably do have a smaller wrist than the average joe. Whistle works great, but the little white cutting tool is pretty worthless. I carry a pocket knive with me anywaysso that wasn't really an issue for me. I don't think you can't really get the stuff inside out without destroying the bracelet so i can't review the rest sadly.

No compass
I didn't disassemble the item, of course, to verify the full contents. The one thing I did notice is that the item pictured has a compass on the clip, which was why I purchased this particular bracelet. The item I received did not have the compass. That's a bit irksome. Hopefully the bracelet won't ever be needed to verify what's inside, but navigation now means carrying an extra item.
