Extremely disappointing.
Very difficult to turn on as the Chinese to English instructions didn't make sense. All it is is a flat iron with a Twist it doesn't actually curl your hair as claimed. This was the first time I was going to return an Amazon product and I was one day too late. So I'm stuck with an expensive flat iron that doesn't really work and is extremely hard to operate. Save your money.

Pulls amd breaks my hair, the twist is just a gimmick
Doesn't do much that it was advertised to do. It will straighten or curl hair like any flat iron but poor quality and pulls on hair...

Straightens great!
Works great as a straightener for me but I have a lot of trouble trying to curl my hair with it. Gave it five stars because I think it’s the user and not the product that doesn’t work well!

This product is a great idea but I think it will only work well on people with stick straight hair. Any slight curl in the hair and it pulls your hair out.

Doesn’t work!!!!!
If I could give this no stars I would!!This product is absolute garbage!! It doesn’t heat up at all I can hold the ceramic plates and not get burned while it’s at 360*.. absolutely garbage don’t waste your money!As my daughter would sayI’m big mad! 🤬

Not for long thick hair
I have long thick hair and this straightener curling iron did not curl my hair at all!! Incredibly disappointed with this product, will be returning it.
