Kids love them, bought as a temp night light for one of my little ones as a result the others wanted one so ended up buying a few of them, battery lasts for ages, colour and brightness quality is perfect, easy to use, very light weight, and robust lol. Would recommend to anyone looking for a decent portable light

I like this.It doesn't really come across in a photo but the emitted light is really pure in colour and uniform in brightness across the surface of the lamp so it has a kind of otherworldly glow to it, especially in colour mode.The control on top is a touch-sensitive wheel a bit like what was on an iPod but not quite as good. Tapping the centre cycles through the modes, namely three brightness levels of warm white, a colour of your choice at full brightness or an annoying flashing mode that LED torch manufacturers love to include to wind people up. In colour mode, to select a colour you drag or tap around the circumference of the wheel. It can be a little fiddly.If you turn it off by long-pressing the centre of the wheel rather than by cycling through the modes, when you turn it back on it remembers which mode you were in before.It doesn't weigh much so the battery inside can't be very big but it's well constructed and feels like it could take a knock. It has a hook on the bottom for hanging and would be good as a child's nightlight (there are no removable parts) or to hang in a tent when camping. Also ideal if there's a power cut.It's charged off a micro USB lead (supplied) and there is a tiny red LED to indicate that is charging. It has a physical on/off switch on the bottom.I initially said battery life was poor but I think there was some issue with it not charging properly as whereas I initially got just two and a bit hours out of it, I'm now getting six or seven. It would be interesting to know what sort of battery is inside but I don't want to ruin it by taking it apart.

On the colour mode whenever I go to put it on a colour as soon as I remove my hand it automatically just goes back to red - almost as if the colour is permanently set on red and I can’t get it to stay on the other coloursAnd then after 2 weeks of using it it just won’t xharge. I’ve used multiple different cables but nothing will charge it. Very disappointed

Cheap and cheerful. Fair price and fit for purpose. If you expect this to light up your whole room you may be disappointed however for reading or just general backlighting, these are absolutely fantastic. I love that they are wireless too.
