About the Author Kristen Ashley grew up in Indiana, but has lived in Colorado and the West Country of England. Thus she has been blessed to have friends and family around the globe. Her posse is loopy (to say the least), but loopy is good when you want to write. Kristen was raised in a house with a large and multi-generational family. They lived on a very small farm in a small town in the heartland and existed amongst the strains of Glenn Miller, The Everly Brothers, REO Speedwagon and Whitesnake (and the wardrobes that matched). Needless to say, growing up in a house full of music, clothes and love was a good way to grow up. And as she keeps growing up, it keeps getting better. Read more

stupid male with EVERYTHING HE HAD
With Everything I Am probably references Callum who made every mistake made while dealing with Sonia. He was a jerk, idiot, stupid male with EVERYTHING HE HAD!!!!Callum is a Wolf. He and Sonia are mates. He has known it for years.Callum is king. He has been one for years.Sonia was meant to be his. He has known that for years. He lives in Scotland. She has friends elsewhere.Sonia lives in the human world. She doesn’t know any of the customs, traditions etc. of the wolves. She doesn’t even know Callum is one.She is one day kidnapped by Callum. He saves her but is wage about circumstances. He takes her to a cabin and there they remain until he claims her. After doing his duty, as Sonia is his mate, but she is human, doesn’t act like a she wolf, Caluum being a jerk, just takes her away again. He never stops to think about what all the changes, new people, new culture, Sonia's new position as queen mean to her.Callum doesn’t think. Yes, there is a war to win, but war don’t start and end in a day.Callum had the time to explain the situation to Sonia. He didn’t do it.He had to watch Ry do it and get jealous, god knows why, when Ry was just being a decent wolf and brother to Cal).I could overlook Callum's behavior, him being a jerk if the book offered the KA magic. But it was missing.50% into the book and the main couple didn’t share their life stories with one another, they didn’t know what the other liked or disliked, they didn’t know the history. Sonia more so, as Callum knew of her existence and monitored her for years. There were no heart to heart. There was steamy sex, but that was it.Sonia disappointed me. She always gave in and didn’t stand her ground. This is not the behavior or a KA heroine.Worst, there was no sense of family, friendship, sisterhood! Where was the sisterhood!!! That all KA books are filled of and are a joy to read.I didn’t want to spend any extra time in this world. It’s a narrow world, controlled by a man who unfortunately is king and things his wife shouldn’t voice her opinions, work, or be a person. She should only satisfy his every sexual need.Well, Sonia did that, she was aggressive I bed (thankfully, something she was allowed to do!!).I didn’t enjoy this couples journey towards an HEA.

The preternatural species, the prophecies, the marriage of the stories - this series is a winner!
My Book SummaryWith Everything I am is the second book in Kristen Ashley's The Three trilogy. Running from trouble, werewolf Callum encounters 5 year old human, Sonia, in the woods. She moves to protect him. He moves to protect her. It's instinct. It's destiny. Fast forward 30 years, the pair meet again. This time, Callum won't let her go. Ever.. Will Sonia submit to her destiny? And what did I think about it?I warn you, I can barely write a coherent review on this book because I just want to write one sentence over and over: I love it! I love it! I love it! I love it! But anyway, here's a real go at it..Sonia is destined to be Callum's mate, but she is left in the dark about all things wolf, vampire, and prophecy. This is unfortunate for Callum as he and the wolves aren't aware of Sonia's special gifts and they find themselves misrepresenting their true intentions throughout the book. When she comes to term with what she thinks is going on, she is heart broken. And it will take a wolf village to rectify it..Callum is the ultimate alpha male. Regardless of her intentions, his lady can not resist him. Let me be frank about this, Callum and Sonia are smoking hot. As in panties don't even stand a chance against melting.. Callum is also all about his werewolf family. Is there anything sexier than a fierce family man *ahem, wolf? Nope. Did I mention this book is sexy as sin? Okay then.. Moving right along..The world building continues to amaze me in book 2 of this trilogy. The preternatural species, the prophecies, the marriage of the stories - all of it thoroughly engaged me. My review of book 1 may be found here. I wholeheartedly recommend this series to paranormal romance and Kristen Ashley alpha male fans and rate it 5 infinity stars.PS: Anyone else want Kristen Ashley to branch out into a werewolf series that follows Ryon, Calder, and the rest of the supporting sexy wolf cast of this book?? I can't be the only one.. Ms Ashley, please? I beg of you..Rating Legend:5 star-loved it4 star-liked it3 star-it was okay2 star-didn't like it1 star-hated it
