The battery seems to work alright but the cover does not fit at all. Thought I was doing something wrong but the size is completely off.

I read alot of bad about this . But I want you to know this product is on point . I got my battery packs and charger the 14 . I have not had to change the battery yet and I played all day and night taking brakes in between . The battery has not yet lost charge . I did put the other pack on the charger to see . And the charger let me know that the paxk was charged and ready .This is a great product if you dont want to pay a arm and leg for one . And it is worth the money . And plus truly grate customer service.

Since COVID hit I have had more time at home to play Xbox. Previously I was using normal AA batteries. This Xbox battery kit allows for me to play for hours and hours uninterrupted. The charger has cut outs for my elite controller as well. When I am done I just lay the controller on the charger and haven’t run out of power yet. Overall I am really happy with this battery and charger.

I waited and let the batteries charge the entire 7 hours and man was it worth it! I use my Xbox One and have played quite a bit but yet have I needed to recharge the battery, I know I will have to recharge soon, but I love the battery life!! My advice is to use the entire time to charge it initially and enjoy lots of play time!!

Great product. Simple installation and it fits perfectly. I love that the connection to plug in the base is USB. You can plug it directly into your Xbox to have it charge your controllers on the base. It’s a simple clean design. Batteries seem to hold a good charge. Really happy with my purchase!

Love saving money with this, daughter only likes wired headphones so controllers use a lot more to power, and the best part is they can be charge in the base without the need to remove the headset and it is low profile.

Works as well as advertised. no issues so far but the company has already reached out to make sure I'm satisfied. I'm confident that if there ever is an issue they'll take care of it, but the product is excellent as-is.
