Looks good quality fitting tight or loose, 165-170 lb guy here should work up to 200 max.
Fits fine with a t shirt and should go over a heavy jacket. Hope it Floats if I fall in, won't ware it all day but while driving, windy or by myself for sure put it on. I fish a 19' center ranger with lots of high fishing decks using a 62" shaft I piolet if it accidentally jerks you I can see you falling In the water, it's a powerful trolling motor and want to feel safe if im alone and up front on the deck.
