However by roasting these broad beans they have a similar taste and texture of a nut without the allergens and high calories which means it's a great nut free snack option. All our snack packs are not only allergen free but also vegan friendly, gluten free, dairy free and non GMO. Blendi has zero grams of cholesterol and has less than 100 calories per packet making it a low calorie option. However our snack packs are high in fiber (8g per pack) with a natural pea protein - scoring high on the satiety index, keeping you full for longer!
