4210 UC USB-A (Poly) - Bluetooth Single-Ear (Monaural) Headset

I work from home as a customer service representative. The first wireless headset I got was awful, customers were constantly complaining they couldn't hear me. I got this headset as a replacement and I have had zero complaints.My only issue is that it is a little tight so I have to adjust it pretty frequently .

I am new to working from home and on the phone all day. The set the issued me was awful and I had such ear pain. These headphone are great. You can easily change ears when you need to as the voice stick rotates. Very good sound quality and the battery life is fantastic!

A review from one blind persons perspective…In this era of working from home, I was looking for a high-quality wireless headset with great features. This is the one I landed on. As a blind person, I need anything I am using to have tactile buttons, and this does. On the side are the volume up and down buttons and a center button that could be used for different functions. On the side is a mute button, and the on and off power switch. The charging port is below that. There is a nice long boom microphone. Everything is very nicely padded. The headset is very bulky, but your phone will cover your entire ear, but it is comfortable. Well there is nothing low profile about this headset, the quality is very high in every aspect. I needed a headset with a mute button for all of the zoom and teams calls I participate in, as well as my phone work. This seems to be hard to find in a compatible headset. The phone system I use is an older version of Avaya OneX Agent, and I tried several headsets that did not seem to be compatible with it until I found this one. This one seems to work well with all applications. I also wanted a headset that was wireless, as Bluetooth did not give me the range I wanted to be able to move around my house while I was working. This has a really impressive range. My house is not huge, only about 1200 ft.², but with the chip plugged in to my laptop in the middle of the house, I am able to move all around the house, into the basement, and even outside to the deck and still get a good signal. I have not gotten any complaints from customers about background noise, so I am assuming that the noise canceling works well. I use the headset intermittently throughout the day, and I can usually get at least a full days work, if not a day and a half out of a battery charge. If the battery is low, I can plug it in for my hour lunch and it will be full when I get back. Overall, aside from the heads up being bulky, and the fact that it is a bit pricey, I highly recommend it. After all, you do get what you pay for.

I originally had the smaller ear piece, but i have ADD and it was in my pocket while also in the washing machine. This new headset is amazing. Everything I looked for; bluetooth dongle for zoom calls on computer, and easy connectability to cellphone, all with great sound!

I was pretty excited about it and received in few days. I am on work calls for at least 5 hours a day and battery served very well. Sound quality was excellent however bought in July'21 and by Jan'22 started behaving erratic and then died completely in mid of Feb'22. I would expect better from $120 product. Pretty disappointed. Not sure if the warranty would cover it.

I really liked this headset at first. Shortly after receiving it and wearing it on 2+ hour conference calls, it felt tight on my head with minimal adjustment abilities. Here we are 7 months in and part of the plastic has broken off and today the sound just quit on me. I can turn it on and it says power on but doesn't say talk time any more and only connects to BT briefly. I ensured it was fully charged. Returning to Plantronics via warranty coverage but my only option is an exact replacement.

Of all the devices I've had experience with, this device is "top notch." Easily syncs to phone. Easy to make a connection during a call. Quality of sound is so great(like standing in same room with other party during call!I'd like to tell Amazon & Seller more, but I'm still finding my way around. Thanks for a great device.Frango D.

Headset is bulky awkward, and as Holly stated over a year ago, the mute button doesn't work, always goes back and forth "mute on/ mute off" even when it isn't. I have to remove the transceiver out of its port to turn the mute off then re- insert it. As others have mentioned, there's no base with the 4210uc, in spite of the fact that the photo shows a base with it. Returning.

Disconnects, reconnects 5 times per call. Support from Plantronics is terrible, hung up and didn't follow-up, website is terrible and submitting a ticket doesn't work.
