Great on Salmon
I love this spice for pan cooked salmon. Just sprinkle it on the salmon fillet - add some olive oil to the pan just to coat the pan from sticking - cook on both sides a few minutes - covered and you have great tasting fish.

My favorite for Talapia
This is my favorite seasoning for talapia. I used to be able to buy it at the local supermarket but they no longer carry it so I came to Amazon and actually found it less expensive here.
