AVIDDA Plantar Fasciitis Socks with Heels Arch Supports, Compression Sleeves Ideal for Arthritis Pain Relief and Suitable for Sports, Ankle Supports for Men and Women White-1-XL

I take a size 8 shoe and purchased these socks in a medium. When I first put them on I struggled as they were very tight but once they were on they were quite comfortable and I managed to wear them all night and most of the next day. I took them off late afternoon to give my foot a rest. I put them back in again to go to bed. However when I woke up the foot pain was worse than ever. These socks are definitely not a miracle cure. I’ve also purchased decent insoles for my trainers, they did help when walking. A foot roller, no idea if it helps but it gave me something to do and made me feel as if I was helping! I also purchased an expensive pair of Sketchers arch fit boots. Not sure if they will help but they definitely made driving more comfortable. If my insoles don’t work in my trainers my next attempt to ease my pain is a pair of arch fit trainers. I’ve been in pain since April and it’s completely ruining my life. I’ve also gained a bit of weight this year due to not being able to walk and depression causing me to crave sugary things. Maybe if I get the weight off the pain will ease. Anyway the socks alone will not cure plantar fasciitis but hopefully along with all the other things I’m trying the pain will eventually subside.For what the socks cost they have to be worth a try! I'm 31 and suffer with inflammatory arthritis and fibromyalgia. The arthritis is really attacking my feet so I bought these to try get some relief. They're my saviour. Super comfy both barefoot and in shoes. Going to buy a second pair so I'm never without.

It is a great product for short term wearing, having this on during the whole day can get a bit tight

I’ve worn these socks a few times now and they offer good support for my ankles. I have RA in my feet so I am always looking for something comfortable to wear when going to the gym and these have helped a lot. Thank you.

I have suffered from feet arch issues for over a year now and these combined with a good set of trainers I have been able to train again with virtually no pain. I get pain sometimes however when I wear the supports it is reduced dramatically.

These are good quality, fit very well on my size 11 feet, over or under socks, but the benefit of wearing them is hard to assess.Although I am not currently suffering from plantar fasciitis, I do get pain around other parts of my foot after standing or walking for long periods. This happened recently despite wearing these support socks. Now it could be my footwear or other issues, the pain could have been worse if I wasn't wearing these socks, but the truth is I don't know.If you don't have high expectations then you might be quite happy with these. But they are not a magic fix to foot problems.

I have tendon issues in my foot and these have helped support my foot and enabled me to continue with exercise. I wear over my sock as do find they can roll under my foot otherwise.
