This is one of the best protein supplements on the market especially for allergy sufferers. If you read about how its made it doesn't use whey or soy making it one of the few products suitable for people with allergies. I usually mixed it with sprite or 7-up for taste. I use it extensively as a cancer patient and it literally is a life saver for me.

Grosser than gross
It was some of the worst stuff I have ever put in my mouth. I grew up on a dairy farm and there are many things I would rather have than ever have another drop of this stuff. It's gelatinous, in a gross place between chew or swallow. There is so much artificial sweetener it gives you phantom pangs in your teeth. One shot and within minutes I was barfing it back up again. Will never suggest to anyone to buy.

My husband is on dialysis and never could get his protein levels up high enough, thus suffering from very dangerous blood infections. We switched to the Provide Gold 1 Shot Liquid Protein levels and his levels are now adequate. Thank you!

Was able to get my protein in easily
The taste was a little tart but still tastes good mixed with a little cold water. Prior to this I had a hard time getting in my protein post surgery. I received the big bottle which became very sticky after a few pours, I’d recommend the individual packets instead of the large bottle.
