Use the provided tool to secure the clamp on the handlebars to the neck of the scooter. THE DECKOur ultra-durable Zero scooter is made of a super lightweight 7005 Aluminum, so your performance won't suffer. You won't be shopping for a replacement anytime soon. THE FORK We selected a SCS Compression system for the Chilli stunt scooter because it's lightweight and adjustable. The SCS system is accompanied by an upgraded solid 7005 Aluminum CNC Fork. WHEELS AND BEARINGSIt doesn't matter whether you're out on the street or at the skate park, the 120mm wheels provide a superior ride. The combination of ABEC 9 bearings and pure urethane wheels make it easy to shred the park. THE CLAMP Constantly worrying about your handlebars flying out of the base of your scooter is not the way you want to spend your day at the park. We fitted our complete scooter with a newly upgraded oversized 3-bolt clamp (made of tough 7005 Aluminum). HANDLEBARS The classic T-Bar handles are crafted from Chromoly steel for durability. The oversized handlebars are comfortable and include a set of rubberized grips. You can ride for hours without developing painful blisters.

good quality, very light. I purchased this for my 11 year old son. I also ride it sometimes and I'm 5'11" 175lbs. smooth bearings in the wheels and fast.

Best Scooter ever!
My 10 year son got this for xmas and is full on in love with it. It is built well and came boxed very professional. It was easy to put together and they even gave you the tool. It rides smooth, light weight and has a wider platform for big feet. Highly recommend.

Scooter handle snapped mid air after 8 months, extremely poor customer service from Rampworx.
This scooter was 8 months old when the handle snapped off mid air. My 8 year old son was very fortunate as he wasn't hurt. However I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service from Rampworx - they showed no concern at all and simply said the scooter was out of warranty. We now have a scooter boy without a scooter - he is a competent scooter and the scooter had been well looked after. I know nothing about customer rights or trading standards but I know that the scooter should last longer than 8 months and the handle shouldn't snap off. Would not buy anything from Rampworx again. Simply needed them to show some ownership, replace the handlebars and simply show some customer care.

1st impression, very pleased
My boy was riding on the Fuzion X3 (105$cad) for about 2 months and contrary to what's advertised the Fuzion did not deliver in terms of being good to start learning tricks and being able to fit 110mm wheels. This Chilli Zero (179$cad) however is something else and it already has very decent 120mm wheels. You instantly feel it's in a category above. It's really tight, there's no rattling on clinging noises. Its definitely bigger than the Fuzion yet a bit lighter. Other outlets still sell it at the original MSRP of 350$cad so at 179$ this is a very good scooter.

Quality scooter for tricks - light and wide deck
Cool colour and for about $100 less than the black! My son does a lot of tricks and likes how light this is as well so the design - it grinds easier because the bottom deck is grooved.The deck size of 5” wide took a while to find — glad Chilli has this and at a good price.Warning - the clamp included is not a standard clamp- oversized bars do not slide over standard fork size.
