Lug 11 Womens Military Lace up Combat Boot

The boots are true to size. I brought an 8.5 because of some of the reviews that I read even though I normally wear an 7.5-8 and have wide feet. I was surprised at how big they were. My foot can slide about a half an inch in them when I'm walking. That being said I do love them. I wore them for a class in school which required me to stand for almost 4 hours nonstop and was surprised at how my feet didn't hurt at the end. I was a bit disappointed that the faux leather was really stiff when i first unpacked them, they feel more like plastic than anything, though you can't tell from far away. I think I've grown to like them after a while and the faux leather has softened up a tiny bit after the first few uses. My other complaint is that the faux leather on the tip of the shoe where my toes are seems to be chipping after only wearing it for 2 weeks. But other than those 3 things you can't beat the price for these boots.

Update: After wear this boot about every other day for the past 2 months, the zipper busted and I can no longer wear them. They were great while they lasted, but 2 months is just not very long.Original Review: Stylish shoe, fits great, good traction on the bottom of the sole.

I bought these boots in October of last year. Super cute! One week of wearing them twice, the sole of one of then came off. Super glue to the rescue.By this point (a year later) they have fallen apart completely, the toes have come undone and they are unwearable. Foot support was poor, but again these are super cute.I'm torn between buying these again or searching for a better deal. The price is nice, but the material isn't sturdy

This is my second pair of these boots. My last pair lasted about a year with the help of some duct tape to keep the sole attached for the last couple months. For the price, I don't expect anything more. I have some Doc Marten's, but they're a bit chunky for some outfits and don't have a zipper, so I like these for more everyday wear.

The quality is what I expected for the price, and I'm okay with that. I haven't worn them much yet so I'm not sure how long they'll hold up, but I can say they won't fall apart on you after a couple wears. They're comfortable except for having basically no arch support, so you may have to buy inserts. Also, the laces they come with are horrific so expect to need to replace those.

I bought these for my daughter as a Christmas present. They have not made it past the beginning of April. She wears them several times a week and 2 weeks ago the sole started separating from the upper. Today the entire sole of the right boot came apart. I am disappointed with the quality. They are cute but if they can't hold up longer than 3 to 4 months I won't be getting them again. Boots from target at least lasted a year.

I loved these boots and they look nice but it just cant be...They fit my FEET but NOT my legs! Being a woman with a larger build (Not so much fat as "Manly") getting boots to fit right is very hard! Especially the zipper ones!I was disappointed to find that these "lace up" were really zippered... Upside is you can adjust laces but by the time I did they were just stretched too much! If the tounge had been abit wider then I personally would of just replaced the lace with a longer one but alas.I wish my fellow shoppers a better experience!Received in a few days of ordering if your in a rush!BE WARNED!The company only does returns, im currently in the process of returning mine. They offer a prepaid slip that you can print and tape to the package atleast. Now im waiting to see if they also give my back my 6 dollars and shipping! Will update!

I like the boot; the fit is good. I typically wear a size 5 - 5.5, depending on the style. I bought this boot in a size 6 since I could vary the thickness of my socks to adjust, but I have to wear thin socks with this boot, so I would suggest ordering a 1/2 size larger than dress shoes. The matte finish is duller than what I expected, but it's fine. Since there's a zipper, it's easy to get the boot on and off, although there are 2 rows at the top that you need to lace, although you can get the boot on and off without having to undo the bow and lacing. The lace is a bit stiff and waxy so I've had to re-tie the bow, but it's not a big deal and I could always double-tie it. The only negative thing I have to say--and it's not a big deal--is that the smell of the rubber is very strong, although I'm sure it will eventually go away. I think the boot will last, so all in all, it was a very good buy!
