I got the XL and it fit perfect! I actually got it because I couldn't find the kind of swimsuit cover-up I was looking for. I tie it lower so that it doesn't overlap as much, and I turn it backwards. It sounds weird, but its really cute. Great quality material too! I paid for expedited shipping and it arrived way sooner than expected!

I'm 5', have a 28" waist, but a bigger backside. The skirt comes just right underneath my butt. I would prefer another inch longer .

I made sure to order by size chart and it fit fine. I expect hand washing is preferable as it is delicate material, however seems well made.
