A great compact light weight carrier.
This cart is great. I use it quite often and it is light weight, compact, and durable. As a yoga teacher I needed something to transport blankets and some sound bowls but I didn’t want a large heavy wagon. This is perfect for what I need.

Easy to transport
I just got this cart and I am really enjoying it as a school OT. Easy to fit into my compact car and wheel around classrooms. I was anticipating that set up was going to be hard as a lot of people had experienced. I’m not sure if the company fixed the issue but set up between my husband and I only took about 30 seconds without straining much: I pushed with my foot inside the cart while pulling with my hands on the handles and my husband put in the bar.

Great product!
This is a well designed and built rolling basket cart. I bought it for my daughter to use as a hamper/laundry basket after she moves out of her dorm and into an apartment next year. The laundry room will be a short walk from her unit and this will work perfectly. I can see this working well going up and down stairs, too, if she had to. The telescoping handle is a good length, for anyone from 5’ tall (my wife) to probably 6’ tall (I’m 5’10”). I don’t understand the complaint from other reviewers about the support rod - it fits snug, as it should to keep the mesh basket nice and taut and there is absolutely no need to cut it shorter. The only like grip is that the telescoping handle does not slide up and down as smoothly as, say, a carry-on luggage bag but I’m hoping it gets smoother over time. I wiped a little silicone lube on it but didn’t seem to improve much. Also, I wish they offered it in other colors. I love the green but it would be nice to have other color choices.

Not assembling correctly
This is a great compact cart. Like in other posts people have cut down the rod because they say it doesn’t fit. It’s not the rod but the plastic mesh, it’s new and not stretchy. I would not cut the rod down. I used a hairdryer to heat up the mesh and I was able to get the piece in place. Please try this hack before you return it!

Just 5 stars!
What I love is I never do any kind of folding! A nice sized box on wheels that fits upright on the back seat.

Faulty Design - Support Rod is Too Long
The support rod to stabilize the cart is too long. Many reviewers have stated that and some suggested cutting the rod to fit the cart. I contacted the company and left a message that I did not want to cut the support rod and asked them to send a proper length replacement. A rep called and suggested that the fabric needed to be sprayed with something like a fabric softener. Well, it doesn't work. I bought this cart to assist a handicapped person to go grocery shopping. I will return this product as I can't see using it with the support rod which does not fit and make the cart usable.

Requires modification
I got this cart to carry groceries in my city. Immediately I had the same problem that many others had - the rod meant to hold up the outer rim is too long and/or the mesh too stiff to snap the rod into place, even when the rod is seated in the provided hole. I had to have a friend with tools saw off 1/4” to make it useable. That alone makes this product rated no more than three stars, because having to significantly modify a $50 product to use it at all is ridiculous. In using for groceries - the handle is indeed slightly too short for comfort. I am 5’4” so it’s not too bad, but anyone taller would be uncomfortable pulling this cart, and I accidentally kick it a lot as I walk. The lack of a lid or cover is annoying. The molded bottom of the cart is a bit lumpy and hard to properly tetris groceries into, but it is spacious and sturdy. The cart pulls very smoothly. My hope is that it will last 2+ years; we shall see.
