So far, so good.
So far, so good... I had sworn off anything Cuddeback for several years, but decided to give them another shot. I used to run a lot of Cuddeback cameras, but their customer service began to go downhill... I had a bunch of their cameras, and could never seem to get them all operational at the same time. Since their customer service had been good, I'd just keep recycling the bad cameras through so that I'd have 8 of 10 or so in operation at any given time. Then service got worse and worse and more camera failures let to me scrapping all my Cuddebacks... That was probably 8+ years ago. They always took very good pics for me so because of a specific need for high quality pics, I decided to risk it and give them another try... They've only been in use a couple weeks, but so far, so good. Pics are of high quality and so far, the cameras have worked flawlessly. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, there's no tripod mount on the camera. That little flimsy separate piece that comes as a mount is not very stable and impossible to use with a tripod unless you buy another adapter from Cuddeback... Not about to spend anymore money on them until I see if they hold up well... I will update (good or bad) after they have been in service for a bit longer.

Great trail cam
Great trail cam, easy to set up. Exceptionally long battery life. Set 3 cameras out last winter, jan, feb, mar, and part of April and battery's still register "good". Below freezing mountain location.Long flash distance. Great pic quality. Mount for camera is about what u would expect, it works but I bought the upgraded pan and tilt mounts (optional) and they really work good. Now have 8 of these, will buy more

One camera has already failed - very disappointed in quality and service
There were purchased as a set of two in February 2018 and one has already failed. When I called Cuddeback they said my only option was to send it back and they would give me a little discount on the new one. We have used lots of the Cuddeback game cameras and two things have happened 1.) their products (now made in China) have really gone downhill and 2.) their service has also diminished. Too bad, they used to be the leader in game cameras.

Really good optics. The pictures are very clear
Really good optics. The pictures are very clear. Only issue is having to buy the card reader because the one we were using didn't recognize the format.
