Sturdy
Hinge is a bit hinky. Over all construction is good. I bought this to replace a plastic cover on my aluminum RV. I ended up not using it in purchasing an aluminum cover that will match the RV better. I will use this somewhere else though, impressed with the sturdiness

Door is OK but the hinge is garbage.
I just purchased this door as direct replacement for the old door on my work truck. The door itself is a perfect match, all screw hold match up very well but the hinge on the door I received is not like what is in the picture. The diameter of the pin inside the hinge is too small so there is A LOT of play in the hinge. The hinge is so loose, the end of the door sags about 1/4". That gives about 1/2" total play from side to side. Additionally, with this play, that leaves an opening at the hinge side you can see right through. Where this is listed on the manufacturer's site as "weather resistant but not water-tight", water would easily pass right through this hinge area. There is also nothing to retain this skinny pin in the hinge, so it slides right out.If this is for an exterior only application, then maybe it would be fine, but in my case, it accesses the interior of my vehicle and is no good.
